Dr. Shaista Naz is working as an academician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at the University of Karachi. With over 20 years of experience in research, management, administration, and teaching. Dr. Shaista has served in several managerial and academic positions at leading institutions in Pakistan. She has authored one book, contributed numerous research papers to international journals, and participated in more than 50 national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences. She is a certified RBT (USA) and IBT (UK).
